My name is Jonnie Sheehan and I have the best personal trainer God has to offer. He, Dennis Rowley, has changed my entire lifestyle. When he heard my diet, he slowly recommended changes. It has been a process but I eat healthier than anyone else I know besides Dennis. He took the time to help me find a refurbished vita mix and sends me all kinds of recipes. When I had a knee replacement, we concentrated more on upper body and slowly worked the knee. He was better than the physical therapist my doctor recommended.
